Acting as the timekeeper working closely with the venue / photographer . Ensuring all your suppliers arrive accordingly and set up . Deal with any supplier's payments on the day . Safe-keeper of gifts for wedding party . Movement of décor between ceremony and reception . Deal with any un-forseen emergencies There are numerous other activities on the day that I can be involved with to ensure the smooth running which is why having a detailed meeting prior to the wedding will ensure I know exactly how you would like the day to be, turning your dream into reality. Venue Decoration This service is £80.00 and it is great if you would just like to make sure everything is set-up as it should be and all your suppliers have arrived as planned. When you spend months co-ordinating your wedding suppliers, it's piece of mind to have someone working for you and your best interests to make sure everything is as scheduled. This also includes unlimited email/telephone support. We shall gather plans and drawings of how you wish it all to be set up, with tables, flowers, chair covers etc: (An average of 3 hours on site)
